Hands down one of my favorite speakers on CX & contact center topics. Justin has a rare mix of hands-on contact center experience and a 20,000-foot understanding of the larger forces from a researcher’s perspective. Best part? His presentation skills. His athletically sincere delivery can hook and engage his audience quickly. We always preferred him to speak first on a webcast for exactly that reason. And he brings it every time. That’s a pro.
